Behind the Brand Part 2 | CAN'T BE LABELLED
Still Day One.
That's the mindset. Regardless of what's been built, what's been sold, what's been said — the energy stays the same as the day this brand was an idea with no product and no audience.
That's what CAN'T BE LABELLED is built on.
Since the first Behind the Brand post, things have moved. Not overnight, not viral, not handed to us — but steady, real growth that means something. The kind you can feel.
The Community
Nobody builds a brand alone.
The team behind CBL, the people who bought early, the ones who DM'd to say the hoodie fits different, the tracksuit hits harder than expected — that feedback is everything. When you're still building, still small, still figuring it out day by day, hearing that what you've created is genuinely landing with people keeps you going.
Instagram has been growing steadily. TikTok is next — early days but that's where the next wave of the movement gets built. The community isn't just following a brand. They're part of something that's still becoming what it's meant to be — and that's a rare thing to be part of.
If you've been here from the start, that means more than you know.
Members Club — What It Actually Is
Members Club isn't just a collection. It's the entry point to the brand and the home base for everyone already in the movement.
The idea came from wanting every person who connects with CAN'T BE LABELLED to own a core piece of it. Not a limited drop they missed, not a seasonal piece that dates — a staple. Something built for every occasion, designed to last, and added to over time.
If you're new to CBL, Members Club is where you start. If you've been here — it's yours. The collection will keep growing with pieces that anchor the brand regardless of what season it is or what drop just landed.
That's the vision. A wardrobe foundation, not just a product line.
What's Been Real
There have been headaches. There have been moments that would have stopped others. Every person who builds something from nothing knows what that feels like — the decisions you make at 2am, the problems nobody else sees, the days where the gap between where you are and where you want to be feels wide.
But making it through those moments is what builds the brand as much as the garments do. Every high and every low is part of it. That's not a motivational quote — that's just the reality of being in this industry at this level and still choosing to push forward anyway.
The vision of what CBL can become has grown. The possibilities feel endless now in a way they didn't at the start. People are starting to respect what's being built here — and that respect is earned, not given.
What's Next
SS26 Drop 001 is the first ever summer drop from CAN'T BE LABELLED. A curated, intentional release — the Flat White and Vintage Wash Statement T-Shirts, Heavyweight Vintage Wash Shorts, and the new and improved Members Club Tracksuits. Small drop, high standard. Every piece selected to mark the next chapter of the brand.
FW26 Drop 001 is where the game gets stepped up. Core pieces built to last alongside a standout centrepiece — the Windbreaker. If you know, you know. It's been the most requested piece going into this year and it's coming.
And later this year, the design work begins on Drop 002 for next year. The pipeline doesn't stop.
CAN'T BE LABELLED is still becoming what it's meant to be.
That's not a weakness — that's the most exciting place to be.
