CUSTOMS / IMPORT FEES NOTICE

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees, depending on the regulations of the destination country.

  • These charges are NOT included in our product or shipping prices.

  • Can’t Be Labelled does not cover or reimburse any customs, duties, or import fees.

  • Customers are responsible for any charges required by their local customs authorities.

  • Failure to pay these fees may cause delivery delays.

By placing an international order, you agree to be responsible for any customs or import charges that may apply.

 

Delivery & Missing Parcel Policy

Delivery Responsibility

We are responsible for your order until it has been successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Orders marked as “delivered” by the courier but not received by the customer will be treated as missing deliveries and investigated accordingly.

 

Missing Parcels

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date

  • We will open an investigation with the courier on your behalf

  • Courier investigations can take up to 10 working days

During this time, we are unable to issue a refund or replacement until the investigation is complete.

 

Outcomes of Investigations

Once the courier investigation is concluded:

  • If the parcel is confirmed lost or misdelivered, we will offer either a replacement or a refund, at our discretion

  • If the courier confirms the parcel was delivered correctly (including valid proof of delivery), no refund or replacement will be issued

 

Safe Places & Building Deliveries

We are not responsible for parcels that are:

  • Left in a safe place selected by the customer

  • Delivered to a concierge, mail room, reception, or shared building area

  • Stolen after being left in a shared or unsecured location

Customers ordering to apartment complexes or shared buildings do so at their own risk.

 

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

 

Repeated Missing Parcel Claims

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse refunds or replacements for repeated missing parcel claims

  • Require signature-on-delivery for future orders

  • Cancel future orders if abuse is suspected

 

Chargebacks & Claims

Customers are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve delivery issues before initiating chargebacks or disputes.
